Step 1: Assessment

Step 3: Design
Design the learning materials using accessibility guidelines. Use high-contrast color schemes, readable fonts, and clear headings. Structure content logically with a consistent layout and include descriptive links.
Step 4: Implementation
Implement the plan by creating or revising materials. Use tools and software that support accessibility features, and routinely check for accessibility during this phase.
Step 5: Testing
Conduct accessibility testing with actual users who have disabilities, as well as using automated accessibility checkers. Gather feedback to identify any issues that still need to be addressed.
