Race Seat & Harness Install

Gather all necessary tools, the racing seat, mounting brackets, safety harness, and hardware. Ensure the vehicle's interior is clean and clear of any obstructions where the installation will take place.

Remove the stock seat by unbolting it from the floorboard and disconnecting any electrical connectors. Carefully remove the seat from the vehicle.

Align the mounting brackets to the holes on the floorboard. Using the appropriate bolts and washers, secure the brackets into place, ensuring they are tight and properly aligned.

Place the racing seat onto the mounted brackets to check for proper alignment and fitment. Adjust the seat's position to the desired location.

Bolt the racing seat to the mounting brackets with the hardware provided. Make sure all bolts are tightened to the manufacturer's specification for safety.

Install the safety harness according to the manufacturer's instructions. This typically includes attaching the harness to the harness bar or roll cage at designated mounting points and correctly routing the straps.

Inspect the installation of the racing seat and harness. Check all connections, bolts, and mounting points for any signs of movement or improper installation.

Sit in the seat and adjust the position and harness for comfort and security, making sure that the harness fits snugly against the body and that the seat is in the correct position for driving.
