<h3>Step 3: Hooking</h3>
<p>For hooking, take a hooking needle and use it to pull loops of fabric strips or yarn through the base fabric, which is stretched on a frame. The loops create the pattern and surface of the rug.</p>

<h3>Step 4: Weaving</h3>
<p>For weaving, set up a loom with warp threads strung tightly. Weave the weft threads or strips of fabric over and under the warp, creating the fabric of the rug. Patterns can be created by varying the colors and the weaving technique.</p>

<h3>Step 5: Finishing</h3>
<p>Once the rug is complete, remove it from the frame or loom. Trim any excess material, and finish the edges by folding them over and sewing or gluing them down. This gives the rug a polished look and prevents fraying.</p>
